CAMERA MODE/ANGLE
You do not need to have the camera on, however for new people to the online sessions I recommend that you have the camera on for at least the first few sessions so that I can offer postural support if needed via email. If using the camera you will need to setup your computer and camera so that it can show your whole body sitting on a yoga mat. A side ways angle is usually the best. Please make sure you are not too far away and that there is adequate lighting.
THE SESSIONS
Each session you will need the ZOOM meeting number.
We will use the one meeting number for the 6 sessions. Please plan to login 5-10mins before each class start time so as to prepare and allow space for any technical issues that may come up.

I recommend that if your schedule allows for you to attend the live sessions, then you commit to this. However if you are unable, the sessions will be recorded and available up to 7 days after each live session. These will be posted within 30mins of the live class on the Course Login page.

Class Guidelines

Please make sure you are not too far away and that there is adequate lighting.

NOTE: Only the presenter will be recorded - no participants will be included on the recording unless permission has been given by the participant.
DISABLE DISTRACTIONS
Please make sure you disable or turn off all possible distractions such as alarms, mobile phones, home phones, people etc. Please do communicate to family members to not disturb you during this time and prepare your time/space to support your session. This level of care and considered preparation will contribute to the power of your session and impact on the ability for you to de-stress and settle your body.
COMMITMENT
Being able to offer these classes to you online makes them very accessible, especially with the availability to repeat via the recordings. Committing to your online sessions is important - consider it part of your personalised wellbeing program. Just like you would service your car, your body needs regular tuning up. To help with this commitment to you and your wellbeing, I suggest that you put the classes into your diary/calendar as an appointment. It's your personal time to nourish and recharge your body and being.

I am based in Melbourne and so the course dates and times are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time-zone (AEST). If you are travelling overseas and you wish to attend the live sessions please check your own time-zone by using the time converter .
By participating in these online sessions you do so at your own risk & discretion, taking responsibility for what you choose to experience, modifying as needed, and most importantly listening to the wisdom of your body, respecting its limitations on any given day.
